We see a future in the leasing industry where people will simply become more respectful of another persons properties they have just rented/leased.
We see a future where even more property owners feel more at ease and furnish up their properties/homes to travelers now that they have an even bigger database for networking and sharing with other like minded owners. They can now share those out of control customers experiences with each other. Those renters who have no respect for terms and conditions of a lease. The ones who constantly engage in violating the rules. By using this database, members of UR will now have another layer of protection against those Unwanted Renters.

Our Mission

It is the future of leasing that will help travelers continue to navigate this wonderful planet and affording them safe and clean travels they should expect and respect as well. UR has designed this platform to help create more accountability of customers who engage in leasing/renting personal properties. UR was built to track Careless and NON Respectful customers on a Broader Networking Database. This platform was created to help property owners make "Better Informed Decisions".
UR now allows persons/entities the chance to review information they may not find in their "Intranet" systems. UR now links all those small and large individual properties with the power of big data and networking at their fingertips. In this age of information sharing, it's only the normal evolution of big data. UR was built for members only and not marketed to the "GP" general public. When violators find out their actions are being more widely tracked, then just maybe, we can guide them away from such disrespectful actions when leasing anything, from anyone, ever.
